The alpine chalet has been carefully renovated and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Accessibility: The cottage/apartment is easily available with the cabin car Fiesch-Eggishorn. In summer time it’s possible to rent a Jeep (CHF 30.- per drive) from Fiescheralp to the cottage. The drive is about 30 minutes. In winter time it’s possible to let the baggage transport with a snow cat (CHF 95.- per drive) or it is also possible to transport your luggage yourself on your skis or snowboards. There are possibilities to buy some food in a little shop in the “Restaurant Bergfreund” or a bigger shop (Coop) on the Bettmeralp. Alphütte Bielerchäller: The ‘Alphütte Bielerchäller’ is located below the Fiescheralp (2,222 meters above sea level.) in the hamlet Fiescherstafel (1,890 m above sea level.) in the beautiful Aletsch Arena (UNESCO World Heritage), right on the slopes and the many hiking trails. A perfect 360° panorama on the Eggishorn (2'927 m above sea level.) offers a unique view of the 23 km long Aletsch Glacier (the largest glacier in the Alps) and more than 40 four-thousanders including Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and the Matterhorn. In summer the mountain hut is an ideal starting point for many hikes, tours, mountain biking, paragliding and hang flights. In winter, you strap on your skis in the morning and can enjoy directly the slopes. The Aletsch Arena offers 104 km of top prepared slopes in the three ski resorts Fiescheralp, Bettmeralp and Riederalp. The Fiescherstafel is a holiday paradise for nature lovers, recreation seekers, hikers and skiers. From the hut you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Southern Alps. Facilities: The cottage built 1824 has been carefully renovated and offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The wood stove and the electric heating will keep you homely warm. In addition, the mountain chalet offers running hot and cold water, a kitchen with electric stove, oven and refrigerator, a separate toilet with shower and washbasin. We now have free internet Wi-Fi and TV . Your pet is in the "Bielerchäller" by arrangement with the landlord allowed. Nice barbecue area and sun loungers are in front of the alpine hut.
