Beautiful, calm and sunny located 3 room apartment (62sqm) on the ground floor of a chalet built in 2007. Lovely, homey and partial antiquely furniture. Extensive land with patio. Perfect starting point for hikes (summer and winter). The chalet is located close-by the station of the chairlift Wasserngrat (100m away). A free parking is available. Approximately 10 minutes by car to the centre of Gstaad. An outdoor parking space is available. 1-room apartment with living and dining room with TV, cabinet bed (2x90x200cm), sofa which converts into a conventional bed (160x200cm). Small kitchenette (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set). Bathroom with bathtub/toilet. WiFi. INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 uncovered parking space, WiFi, bathroom and kitchen towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning as well as visitor's tax.
